On thursday 24.02.2012 in neuro icu a staff named Priyan got fever & he informed the ward incharge Sr.Fincy Menachery.But she refused to give sick leave & had asked to come for duty.He had a temperature of 100.2° f & at the time of work he got girddiness & fell down.He went to casuality & Doctor advised to take sick leave for 3 days.But sr.fincy didn't allow him to take that.He went to Fr.Francis Pallikunnath (Asso.director,j.m.m.c.h) & He permitted go home.Fr.francis informed Matron Sr.Antonita regarding this issue.matron made a call to Priyan & Sr.Fincy to know about the issue.After a tough 2 hour discussion between those 2 people matron got understand what had happened.before this issue Sr.Fincy had made many bad words usually to adress the staffs.now she tells she didnt done anything.what she had done that is only for the welfare of the neuro i.c.u & For the betterment of staff nurses. Dear friends what do you peoples thinks about this ? Should we have to react together or not ?
